Productive and collective low-rise, high-density housing project located in the historic centre of Bogotá. Our initiative is oriented towards substantially improving the living conditions of the local population and making the most of existing buildings. This is achieved through the design of various typologies of productive housing, conceived to accommodate families of different characteristics, the result of a careful reinterpretation of the lifestyles of their future residents. This integrated design promotes harmonious coexistence, providing residents with both shared areas and intimate spaces, enriching the housing experience and fostering the vitality of this urban community.
