Architectural and intervention proposal for the recovery and revitalisation of the Tundama mill industrial complex, a cultural heritage inscribed in the Colombian flour-making tradition. This vision is materialised through the creation of an innovative bakery school, where the preservation and dissemination of the rich regional gastronomy is combined with the historical essence of the building. The design not only honours the intrinsic identity of the building, but also stands as a cultural centre, fostering the appreciation and practice of labour culture in the municipality of Duitama.
